These Terms of Service define the rules for using the WebPedia website, the types of electronic services provided, as well as the rights and obligations of Users and the Administrator.

By using the Service, you accept the terms described below. This document fulfills the requirements of the Act on Providing Electronic Services.

I. General provisions

II. Types and scope of services

The Service Provider offers the following electronic services via the Service (free of charge):

  • Contact Form: enabling users to send messages to obtain information about the offer (websites, applications, animations).
  • Project Estimate Form (Brief): an interactive form allowing users to submit project specifications in order to receive an approximate cost estimate.
  • Knowledge Base (Blog): providing educational content related to technology, SEO and digital marketing.

Important notice: Information submitted via the “Free Estimate” form constitutes an invitation to negotiate and does not constitute a binding offer within the meaning of civil law. The final project valuation (website, application or animation) is determined after detailed analysis and the conclusion of a separate cooperation agreement.

III. Technical requirements

To properly use the Service, including interactive portfolio elements (WebGL animations, video), the following are required:

  • A device with Internet access.
  • A web browser supporting HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
  • Enabled cookies support.
  • For optimal multimedia experience, a stable broadband Internet connection is recommended.

IV. User rights and obligations

The User is obliged to use the Service in a lawful manner. It is prohibited to:

  • Submit unlawful, vulgar or rights-infringing content via contact forms.
  • Engage in activities that may disrupt the operation of the Service (e.g. DDoS attacks, port scanning).
  • Copy portfolio elements (including AI-generated visuals) without the author’s consent.

V. Limitation of liability (Education and Technology)

The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the content of the Service is up to date, however:

  • SEO and technology content: Blog articles are for educational purposes only. Due to the changing nature of algorithms (e.g. Google) and technologies, the Administrator is not responsible for business decisions made solely on the basis of the Service content.
  • External links: The Service may contain links to partner websites or external tools (e.g. Google Sheets, No-Code tools). The Administrator is not responsible for the policies or operation of third-party services.

VI. Complaint procedure

Complaints regarding the operation of the Service (e.g. form errors) may be submitted via the Contact Form or by email to: .

The complaint should include a description of the issue and the date of occurrence. A response will be provided within 14 days to the User’s return address.

VIII. Final provisions

Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law. The Terms may be amended, of which Users will be informed on the website. The date of the last update is displayed in the document header.
